House of Pets Exchange Policy:
Upon receipt of your purchase, you have up to 15 (fifteen) days to request the exchange (partial or total) of your order. This should be done by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org
You will send us back what you want to exchange, and we will send you a "Gift Card" in the same amount that was paid for the product (s). So you can make a new purchase on our website and choose what you want.
If you request the exchange within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt, the return shipping will be entirely on our account.
As soon as you request the exchange by e-mail email@example.com, we will send you a detailed step by step.
Shopping for Promotional Products:
Our exchange policy does not change during promotional periods, ie if you request an exchange of a product purchased at a discount, you will receive a gift voucher at the same amount you actually paid for the product you wish to exchange.
