House of Pets Exchange Policy:

Upon receipt of your purchase, you have up to 15 (fifteen) days to request the exchange (partial or total) of your order. This should be done by e-mail geral@houseofpets.org

You will send us back what you want to exchange, and we will send you a "Gift Card" in the same amount that was paid for the product (s). So you can make a new purchase on our website and choose what you want.

If you request the exchange within 5 (five) days from the date of receipt, the return shipping will be entirely on our account.

As soon as you request the exchange by e-mail geral@houseofpets.org, we will send you a detailed step by step.

 

 

Shopping for Promotional Products:

Our exchange policy does not change during promotional periods, ie if you request an exchange of a product purchased at a discount, you will receive a gift voucher at the same amount you actually paid for the product you wish to exchange.

 

Exchanges due to size:

 

Made the purchase based on the suggestion of sizes that have on the site, and got small (or large). Do you want to change?

However, it is worth stressing that before you buy, confirm your pet's measurements to make sure you have chosen the right size. The size we indicate for each breed is only a suggestion, and may vary for each animal.

 

 

Defects of Manufacture:

If you identify a manufacturing defect, contact HOP at geral@houseofpets.org and immediately stop using the product. We make a point of, once found defective in manufacturing, to exchange the product for a new one, guaranteeing the joy and safety of your animal.

 

 

Exchanges for Toy Deterioration

Your dog chewed and destroyed all the HOP toy. And now?

Although it has high quality, the purpose of our toys is to promote the joy of your pet, so we do not have guarantees against fun.
